Technical Data

  APPEARANCE                             : Free flowing liquid, free from lumps and in appropriate  Shade.

  VISCOSITY                               : 120±5 sec. By f.c. No.4 @30o c

  BRUSHING VISCOSITY            : 60 to 70 sec.

  SPRAYING VISCOSITY             : 25 to 30 sec.

  THINNER TO BE USED             : syn. Thinner 011

  WEIGHT/LITRE                        : 0.9 – 1.08 kgs.

  DRYING TIME                           : Touch dry : 1½ to 2.0 hrs.

                                                     Surface dry : 4½ to 5 hrs.

                                                     Hard dry : 24 hrs.

  FLEXIBILITY                            : Passes 1/4” bending mandrel.

  SCRATCH HARDNESS               : 1000 Gms. After 48 hours of application.

  CROSS HATCH TEST                : Passes

  FINISH                                     : Smooth and glossy.

Directions  For  Use

Prepare the surface as directed above. Stir the paint well. Reduce the viscosity for spraying or for brushing. Apply minimum two coats, each at an interval of four hours and the result will be highly glossy and smooth surface.
